Step 1: Concept & Quoting

Wether its a small assembly for proof of concept or integrated process machinery we can handle it. We are more than happy to work with you to bring a concept to life. In the initial quoting process we'll work with you to outline all of the design constraints and end product requirements. We are no strangers to the capital expenditure and approval process so we are more than happy to accommodate the deliverable and payment schedule the your project requires.

The scope of work can be as simple as just providing 3D Models and Drawings or an entire soup-to-nuts solution that includes fabrication and controls.

Step 2: Design & Drawing Approval

​In the design phase we will will create 3D Models and meet with you periodically to provide input/updates. Once you are satisfied with the individual component and overall assembly designs we'll create drawings for approval prior to fabrication.

Step 3: Fabrication & Controls  

​Once drawings are approved, we will handle coordinating with our internal fabrication capabilities and externally with vendors when necessary. We will source all sensors and pneumatic/hydraulic outlined in the the approved drawings. We can also work with your in-house controls engineer or handle the PLC integration ourselves if that is part of the project scope.

Step 4: Validation & Delivery

Upon completing & delivery we can provide the following as part of the overall package:

• Field Acceptance Testing

• Operator & Maintenance Manual

• Overall System Specifications & Capacities
